1. What the service is

Vignette EU is a free guide to European e-vignettes. It is not a government body, is not affiliated with or endorsed by BG TOLL (National Toll Administration) or the Road Infrastructure Agency, and does not sell vignettes. Prices shown are copied from the official BG TOLL price table with the date we checked it; the official site is always the binding source.

You buy a vignette on the seller's site and the contract is between you and that seller. You are responsible for entering the correct licence plate, country and start date there.

Anyone under 16 may not use Vignette EU (our own minimum age of use is 16; GDPR Art. 8: the EU-level default age of digital consent is 16, lower in Bulgaria — this service is not offered to anyone under 16).

2. Advertising and affiliate links

Links marked "Paid intermediary · ad" are affiliate links: the seller adds its own service fee on top of the official price and pays us a commission. We always show the official store first. Links to our own apps are promotion of our own products.

3. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for fines or damages arising from a vignette bought, not bought or bought with wrong details. Your statutory consumer rights remain.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria; mandatory rules of your country of residence remain.
